At My Dog Barber Training Academy, we don’t just teach dog grooming — we help people change their lives. Students of all ages and backgrounds gain hands-on skills and confidence from day one. By keeping our training space spotless, you’ll directly support every student’s learning and success.

What the Role Involves

• Cleaning and sanitising grooming rooms, classrooms, reception, kitchen, and toilets

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, including under equipment and in corners

• Wiping and disinfecting all surfaces, mirrors, tables, and chairs

• Emptying bins and recycling, refilling soap, paper towels, and toilet roll

• Reporting maintenance issues, breakages, or stock shortages

• Following health & safety and COSHH guidelines when using cleaning products

What We’re Looking For

• A reliable, detail-oriented person who takes pride in a spotless finish

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Comfortable around dogs and with cleaning products/equipment

• Flexible and dependable – able to work a regular Sunday or evening slot that suits you

• Previous cleaning experience is welcome but not essential
