Rearranging or Cancelling
If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment start time so the slot can be offered to another client.
Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours will be chargeable
Prices and Appointment Time
Our prices assume that each dog:
Is average size for their breed
Attends within their recommended grooming interval
Has a coat that is in good condition and free from matting
Is comfortable and manageable during the grooming process
If additional time is required due to coat condition, coat length, behaviour, size, or other factors, additional charges may apply.
If the booked service or appointment length is not suitable for your dog's coat condition or welfare needs, we may need to adjust the service or reschedule the appointment.
Coat Condition
Dogs arriving with tatty or matted coats may require additional time or a different grooming approach in order to be completed safely and humanely.
Where matting is present, it may not be possible to maintain the requested coat length. In these cases, we will prioritise the dog’s welfare and comfort.
Anxious Dogs
We understand that some dogs may experience grooming anxiety. Our team will always aim to provide a calm and supportive environment.
If your dog has specific anxieties or behavioural challenges, please inform us when booking so we can make suitable arrangements.
